The Nova Scotia winter period can be somewhat challenging; especially weather-wise, although it is a time for Coastline Rentals to make sure all will be ready for the coming 2017 vacation rental season. We are finding as the company has grown year on year; our rental seasons starts earlier (May) and now runs until early November; therefore preparation is essential.
With the launch of our new website (hope you like it!) and associated social media connections, we are able to promote our offers to a much wider audience, therefore bookings are arriving thick and fast, resulting currently in limited summer 2017 availability on all our properties.
Our long term/fixed term/off season locations are all currently occupied plus our Property Management business has expanded to now cover over twenty properties from Hubbards through to Mahone Bay.
