Writing this bog just before Christmas 2017; reflecting on another great year for vacation rentals here on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
Coastline Rentals successfully rented over two thousand vacation days for our customers from May through to October 2017 across our complete listed inventory. The results show a sixteen percent increase in business; especially in our larger homes. Our new properties for 2017 performed especially well; to the joy of owners and clients alike!
The superb 2017 summer weather also played its part; providing our vacationers with very few interrupted days of enjoyment.
Our established affiliate support team; from electricians, plumbers, handymen and cleaners also played a vital part in keeping the wheels rolling throughout the summer.
Most exciting development for the Coastline Rentals business is the birth of a new Project Management Division which oversees renovation projects for absent owners. Projects include all types of major building and construction work, landscaping, decoration and painting. Any type of large project we can manage via our network of main contractors. See sample pictures below for a typical example.
Our Long Term / Fixed Term Rentals are flourishing with full occupancy for 2017 and 2018.
We are now starting to prepare for the 2018 season; including three new South Shore vacation homes to add to the portfolio.
