Rates and Pricing

Minimum stay 14 nights

May, June and October C$650.00 per night plus HST. House Only.

July, August and September C$1000.00 per night plus HST. House Only.

If additional Coach House required; add C$200.00 per night plus HST. From May through to end of October Coach House cannot be rented independently from Main House.

Mooring available from floating dock; add C$750.00 per 14 nights duration.

Long Term Off season (November through to end of April):

House only: C$3500.00 per calendar month plus cost of power / fuel. Taxes included.

Apartment only: C$1500.00 per calendar month plus cost of power / fuel. Taxes included.

Final laundry and cleaning C$950.00

Refundable Damage Deposit C$5000.00

Booking fees and applicable taxes extra.

Leaving airport follow signs to Halifax (102)
Follow 102 to 103 West, towards Chester, Bridgewater, Yarmouth DO NOT FOLLOW SIGNS THAT SAY DARTMOUTH – BRIDGES – always STAY RIGHT – and follow 103 West.
You will drive for about forty five minutes heading west.

Take Exit 7 or 8 off Hwy 103 to Chester.

After five minutes drive you will arrive at a junction signposted Chester Village on your left.

Turn LEFT here and follow the road into the village. Go down the hill, keep going as the road rises in front go you. You should be now on DUKE Street.

The house (72) is on your left opposite the small parade of shops on your right. Park in the driveway rather than the road.
