April to June, September & October: C$3,750.00 per seven nights plus tax.
July, August : C$4950.00 per seven nights plus tax.
Additional final cleaning and laundry fee: C$450.00.
Pet fee C$250.00 per stay.
Booking fee C$250.00 plus Residency Tax may apply.
Use of boathouse; please add C$950.00 to the above rates.
Refundable Damage Deposit Required: C$500.00 CD.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
HST at the prevailing rate is applicable to all stays under 28 nights.
The Area

Directions to 220, Otter Point. East Chester
Nova Scotia.
Take Highway 103; West if you’re coming in from Airport, or Halifax.
Leave the highway at Exit 7.
End of ramp turn right, you will see a bunch of signs in front of you, this is Highway 3.
Turn right here and follow Highway 3 towards Chester. Stay on Highway 3 for two kilometers until you see a road on the left called Otter Point Road. This is a wide graveled road with a large sign saying Otter Point.
Turn left here.
Stay on the twisty graveled road until you virtually reach the end. The house is on the left with a model lighthouse at the head of the driveway.
