Vacation Rental is C$1900.00 per seven night stay. Minium stay seven nights.
Refundable C$500.00 Damage Deposit.
Cleaning and laundry fee C$180.00
Pet fee C$120.00
10% Discount for stays over 28 nights.
Available Fall, Winter and Spring 2020/21.

The Area
Located on The Peninsula in the village of Chester, on Freda’s Point Drive. The Chester Peninsula extends into Mahone Bay and the village has two natural harbours; Front Harbour on the East and Back Harbour on the West.
Chester is one of the wealthiest communities (per capita) in the province as a result of being a vacation and resort destination, with many seasonal and year-round estates and mansions. The nearby waters of Mahone Bay and its numerous islands are well known for yachting and have made Chester into a cruising destination. A ferry from the town connects to Big Tancook Island and Little Tancook Island.

Take Exit 7 or 8 off Hwy 103 to Chester. Once in the village, head towards the Yacht Club and cross the bridge by Fredas Beach. Head up Fredas Hill Road and the property is on your left.
